    Alex Moresco, founder of Moresco Public Relations + Communications, brings a wealth of experience spanning entertainment PR, talent relations, and healthcare PR. With a background in Public Relations, Advertising, and Journalism, along with an MA in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University, she has worked with renowned companies such as Nike, Complex Magazine, and Facebook Watch. Moresco’s goal is always at the heart of marrying the patient's needs with client goals.

    Four years ago, her personal health journey led her to specialize in healthcare PR, leveraging her lived, firsthand experience with chronic disease and her expertise as a "professional patient" to craft effective communications strategies. Moresco has achieved notable media coverage for her clients in prestigious publications like The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and more. With a track record of securing over 250 prominent placements in the past year, her dedication to building strong media relationships is evident.

    Alex has raised significant funds for tick-borne illness research, actively lobbied in Washington, D.C., and sits on the Executive Board for National nonprofit, Project Lyme, and the Emerging Leader Board for Nashville based cancer nonprofit, Nashville Wine Auction. Alex was named to Nashville Business Journal's 2025 "40 Under 40" list.

  • Anna Roberts is a passionate public relations and copywriting specialist. As the Director of Communications at Moresco PR + Communications, Anna is dedicated to helping clients develop innovative and strategic communication strategies. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from the sphere of health and wellness all the way to entertainment. As a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, she brings the unique perspective and training of an artist on with every project. Her creative flair and unwavering work ethic push her to consistently find the ultimate solutions for her clients- particularly in the realm of media and socials.

    Anna has a deep passion for reality television, puns, and above all… carbs.

  • JoAnna Brown is a PR and marketing specialist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in media relations, digital marketing, and podcast strategy. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Public Relations, JoAnna began her career in Atlanta in 2006, working with national clients like Chick-fil-A, Orkin, Hyatt, Gretsch Guitars, Farm Rich, I Love Ice Cream Cakes, and Invisible Fence.

    As Director of Podcast PR at Moresco Public Relations, JoAnna focuses on leveraging podcasts to elevate her clients' visibility and thought leadership. She builds strong relationships with podcast hosts and producers, crafting tailored pitch strategies, and securing impactful guest appearances that align with her clients’ goals. From managing logistics to preparing clients for interviews, she ensures each podcast placement maximizes brand exposure.

    JoAnna’s creative, results-driven approach and strong media relationships allow her to deliver podcast campaigns that drive engagement and connect brands with relevant audiences.
